3.1. All prices listed on the Website are in KSH and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
3.2. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but the price applicable at the time of purchase will be honored.
3.3. Payment is required in full at the time of PICKING your order. We accept cash and MPESA.
3.4. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders or request additional payment if the error is substantial.
4. Order and Acceptance
4.1. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message via whatsapp or email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is simply an acknowledgment that we have received your order.
4.2. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract will occur when the products are dispatched from our shop.
4.3. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product descriptions or pricing, and suspicion of fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. Shipping charges are to be paid by the customer and are specified during checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
5.2. We are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays or customs processing.
5.3. Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect the products for any damage upon arrival.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. We offer returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
